AlgoDeltaFX is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and has taken all necessary and reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of customer information and its transmission over the internet. AlgoDeltaFX shall not be held liable for disclosure of confidential information when made in accordance with this Privacy Policy or the terms of any agreement with the customer.

Information we collect

  • Account information: such as your name, email address and phone number when you register or contact us.
  • Trading account connection details: MT5 login, server and credentials that you provide so the platform can automate your accounts as you configure.
  • Usage and trading data: settings, copy groups, webhook and API activity, and trade records needed to operate the service.
  • Website analytics: anonymised usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools to improve the website.

How we use information

We use information only to provide, secure and improve the AlgoDeltaFX platform, to process payments, to provide support and to communicate with you about the service. Your trading data is never sold to third parties.

Registration and security

AlgoDeltaFX endeavours to safeguard and ensure the security of the information provided by the customer. Connections are encrypted and API access is protected with token-based (JWT) authentication.

Your responsibilities

Customers are required to cooperate with AlgoDeltaFX to keep their information secure. Choose passwords carefully: a strong password combines letters, numbers and special characters. Do not disclose your passwords to anyone or keep a written or recorded copy that could be accessed by a third party.

Disclosure

AlgoDeltaFX undertakes not to disclose customer-provided information to any person unless such action is necessary to:

  • Conform to legal requirements or comply with legal processes;
  • Protect and defend the rights, interests or property of AlgoDeltaFX or its affiliates;
  • Enforce the terms and conditions of products or services; or
  • Act to protect the interests of AlgoDeltaFX, its affiliates, members, constituents or other persons.
